Zurich upon agreement 80 - 100% Tax, Legal and Workforce Everyone welcome ID: 746222WD ## **Your Impact** ## * Prepare U.S. corporate tax filings accurately and timely * Take ownership of assignments and deliverables * Build and maintain strong client and team relationships * Collaborate effectively across teams and service lines * Manage priorities and meet filing deadlines * Develop technical tax knowledge and professional skills ## **Your Skill Set** ## * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in U.S. tax compliance * U.S. CPA License (or in progress), Enrolled Agent License (or in progress), or commitment to pursue one * Interest in developing a career in U.S. Tax Compliance * Some experience with US tax compliance, including work with US corporate filings (Forms 1120, 1120-F) and/or US partnerships (Form 1065) * Understanding of ECI, FDAP and Branch Profit Tax concepts * Experience with state and local tax compliance, including multi-state reporting considerations and communication with U.S. state tax authorities (Preferred but not required) * Exposure to informational reporting (Forms 8865, 8858, 5471) (Preferred but not required) * Hands-on experience with withholding and reporting regimes, including the 1042/1042-S series and W-8 documentation (W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, etc.) (Preferred but not required) * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret tax rules and structures * Good understanding of accounting principles, including the ability to analyze financial statements, understand and reconcile journal entries, and review capital accounts * Advanced Excel proficiency, including working with large datasets and preparing structured, efficient workpapers **What Sets You Apart** * Driven, proactive mindset with strong ownership of deliverables and commitment to meeting deadlines * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts * Collaborative approach, working effectively across teams and jurisdictions * Interest in digitization, automation, and process improvements in tax compliance ## Your Benefits ## Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our work model enables you to spend part of your time working in the office and part at home (provided this is your preference) - unless you-re at your clients- premises, which is of course always the priority.
