↳Solid understanding of trading platform and matching engine concepts, including order handling, execution workflows, market model considerations, and trading lifecycle processes
↳Proven experience analysing and specifying complex trading functionality, with the ability to assess business, operational, and technical impacts across multiple systems
↳Proven ability to produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, interface specifications, and implementation-ready analysis deliverables
↳Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex trading and instrument requirements into clear, actionable specifications
↳Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with business users, product managers, architects, developers, and testing teams
↳Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting feature refinement, implementation planning, and delivery activities
