Aufgaben

• Contribute to the establishment and operationalisation of a Group wide cash remittance framework and a capital allocation framework, with a particular focus on the development, implementation and management of capital planning under local statutory view to support analyses of financial resilience and dividend capacity
• Understand, analyse and comment on solvency, forward looking solvency, tied asset coverage and net economic dividend capacity (compile reports for management decisions; out of scope: calculation of FLSP as this is in Group Risk Management)
• Contact person for Market Units controllers and capital planners
• Provide analytical and conceptual input to the definition and establishment of a capital allocation and financial steering framework at Group level (in cooperation with Group Risk Management and Asset Management); drive the implementation of this framework
• KPIs, processes and tools: merge and align existing processes, design new processes, develop tools where required (code-based Excel, SAC)
• Contribute to KPI dashboard development both for the financial steering framework and for Finance Integration / Finance Transformation (SAC)

Anforderungen

• University degree in Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Economics or a comparable field, ideally with a specialization in Statistics or Econometrics
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry (reinsurance a plus), risk management and solvency regimes such as FINMA SST and Solvency II; actuarial training is an advantage
• Several years of experience in (re)insurance, risk management, controlling, capital management or Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in an international environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, independent way of working
• High level of initiative, excellent communication skills, openness to change and a strong commitment to continuous learning and development
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel; programming experience with VBA or similar programming languages is an advantage
