You will be working on different engagements and together with the team provide international organisations with leading immigration services - ultimately enabling our clients to successfully navigate international mobility. **How you can make an impact** * Together with other subject matter experts, you help our clients and their employees to guide them through the Swiss immigration process * You are managing and driving your own case and client portfolio and stay on top of your pending tasks - from the initial client contact, to document collection, application drafting and filing and receipt of the final approvals * Develop strong client relationships and have direct contact with the authorities * Maintenance of up-to-date client records and files in our case management tool * You prioritize multiple client request - immigration cases can be fast-paced and high-stakes **Who We Are Looking For ** * Holder of university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a similar field * Initial experience in the field of immigration or HR/Global Mobility * You enjoy direct client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary projects and collaborating in international team set-ups as well as with immigration authorities * You are structured, resilient, and solution oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment * You like to challenge the status quo and are interested in technology and process efficiencies * You communicate confidently and fluently (professional level in oral and written) in English and German or French.
