As a Senior Data & BI Business Analyst (Finance), you will be: Understanding Finance business challenges and translating them into structured functional requirements. Gathering, analysing, and prioritising requirements through stakeholder workshops, and producing detailed functional specifications for BI & Analytics solutions. Defining data models and business objects with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, applying dimensional modeling (star schema, facts, dimensions, KPIs, semantic models). Supporting UAT, validation, and ensuring business requirements are met throughout delivery. Upholding data governance, business rules, documentation, and data-quality standards, and driving user adoption of BI/Data best practices.
