Review electronic schematics and PCB layouts for performance, EMC, and electrical safety compliance. Define and improve firmware specifications and contribute to embedded C/C++ development activities. Translate product requirements into verification and validation strategies. Develop test plans, methodologies, and acceptance criteria. Execute and oversee verification and validation activities in compliance with quality management processes. Lead PCBA transfer and industrialization projects with internal teams and external suppliers. Manage supplier collaboration and support quality process implementation for electronic assemblies. Define electronics manufacturing and test strategies, including ICT and FCT solutions. Identify technical risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve complex engineering challenges. Coordinate stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Service, and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery.
