↳Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
↳Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, project coordination, operations, or project management within a highly regulated industry, preferably aerospace or aviation
↳Initial hands-on engineering experience combined with a strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles and multidisciplinary collaboration
↳Experience in resource planning, project scheduling, budget planning, and coordination of multiple stakeholders and competing priorities (including use of tools such as SAP and/or JIRA)
↳Familiarity with aircraft certification processes, engineering governance, and development program environments is an advantage
↳Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with very good English language skills (B2); German is an advantage
