Description

Your Team: You will be a key member of the global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and Social Impact team, reporting directly to the Director of DEIB & Social Impact. You will work in close partnership with business leaders, the Talent Team, and employees across On to bring our D&I vision to life.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the D&I strategy for the EMEA region
Serve as the primary lead and advocate for our global Inclusion Groups
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition teams to design, implement, and measure diversity hiring initiatives
Support On’s leaders with coaching and training to bring inclusion and allyship to life
Act as the dedicated D&I subject matter expert and consultant for leaders and teams
Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of specific D&I initiatives
Own regional insights, data, and stories to the Diversity and Inclusion section of On’s annual Impact Progress Report

Requirements

7-10+ years of experience in the diversity and inclusion field
Proven track record of leading D&I initiatives across the EMEA region
Demonstrated experience in managing, scaling, or providing direct support to employee resource groups (ERGs) or inclusion groups
Strong background in partnering with recruitment teams to develop and implement successful diversity hiring programs
Deep understanding of the unique cultural nuances, challenges, and legal landscapes related to D&I in various countries across EMEA, APAC & Americas
Ability to use metrics and insights to drive leader accountability and measure the impact of initiatives
Collaborative mindset and excel at leading cross-functional projects
Self-motivated and skilled at proactively developing ideas and executing with a hands-on approach
