Ihre Rolle Als Senior HR Business Partner sind Sie eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen HR und dem Business. Sie arbeiten eng mit Führungskräften, globalen HR-Teams sowie internen und externen Partnern zusammen und tragen maßgeblich zur Umsetzung unserer HR-Strategie im Produktionsumfeld bei.

Responsabilités

Implementation of the global and segment-specific HR strategy at regional and local levels
Advising and supporting leaders and employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle (Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, Performance Management, Retention, Offboarding)
Coaching leaders on leadership topics, employee development, and engagement
Ensuring consistent application of global HR policies considering local legal and cultural requirements
Supporting organizational changes (e.g. reorganizations, role adjustments) including communication and change support
Promoting an inclusive, high-performance, and health-oriented corporate culture
Analyzing HR metrics to derive recommendations for management
Supporting talent and succession planning processes in close collaboration with HR colleagues
Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements in collaboration with Employee Relations, Legal, and Compliance
Living and actively promoting our corporate values

Exigences

Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field (Master's or HR certification such as SHRM/CIPD is an advantage)
At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a global or matrix-organized environment
In-depth knowledge of key HR disciplines and labor law
Experience in supporting HR initiatives and change processes
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
