Description

In this role you lead the industrialization, qualification and production scale-up of a strategic high-volume OEM program.

You are accountable for delivering the program on time while ensuring manufacturing processes are fully understood, industrialized, statistically capable and scalable for long-term serial production.

Responsibilities

Lead qualification, industrialization and production ramp-up
Manage program execution, milestones, risks and governance
Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer deliverables
Drive process characterization, DoE, process window definition and optimization
Ensure robust, capable and scalable manufacturing processes through validation and statistical process control
Remove technical and organizational bottlenecks
Support future expansion across production lines and manufacturing sites

Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent
8+ years in industrialization, manufacturing or NPI programs
Experience with strategic OEM customers in highly regulated businesses
Background in regulated, high-reliability manufacturing
Strong knowledge of DoE, Process Characterization, Validation, SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, FMEA and Six Sigma
Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
Strong communication skills in German and English
