As Senior Project Manager – Operations and Value Chain, you will lead strategic site development initiatives across our manufacturing and logistics footprint, with a strong focus on projects in Switzerland. From site expansions and relocations to operational improvement initiatives, you will manage complex projects from strategic concept through hands-on execution. Working closely with operations, logistics, engineering, infrastructure, and business leaders, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support strategic investment decisions, and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives. With your structured, pragmatic, and execution-oriented approach, you will deliver measurable improvements and help strengthen the efficiency, competitiveness, and future readiness of our operations. You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence organization in Baden, reporting to the Team Lead Value Chain Investments, and collaborate closely with experts and senior stakeholders across our global manufacturing network to shape the future of our operations.
