Description

Your responsibilities With your experience you will manage the delivery of complex medical product development from concept to launch. Drive end-to-end delivery across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high quality and timely outcomes. Define, manage, and continuously optimize scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Proactively identify and resolve gaps, risks, and misalignments while unblocking teams. Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, and external partners. Align stakeholders and foster shared accountability for results incl digitalization (app, connected devices, digital ecosystem). Facilitate effective decision-making and escalate strategically with clear recommendations. Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs through structured governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience leading product development initiatives for Medical Devices.
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or Natural Science.
Further education in project management or business administration desirable.
Deep understanding of the Medical Device industry and its cross-functional disciplinary landscape.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and self-motivation, with the ability to perform under pressure.
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Understanding of digital health technologies in regulated environments.
Experience with modern delivery approaches (Agile, SAFe, product-led development) is a plus.
Ability to influence, motivate, and lead within matrix organizations while constructively challenging assumptions.
