↳Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline such as Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; additional qualifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) are highly desirable
↳Proven experience in Quality Management with strong expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 9S, as well as sound knowledge of relevant standards including EN 9100 and ISO 9001
↳Professional experience within the aerospace industry, ideally in a Part 21G manufacturing environment
↳Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams in a matrix or non-hierarchical environment
↳Fluent in English language skills (C1), German is an advantage, with combined with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities
↳Strategic, structured, and solution-oriented working style, with willingness to travel internationally approximately 10–20% of the time
