↳Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field
↳Several years of experience in the semiconductor, power electronics, or related industry, ideally within electrical testing, validation, or reliability engineering
↳Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, particularly Silicon Carbide (SiC) and/or Silicon (Si) technologies
↳Experience with test systems, measurement equipment, and data analysis methodologies
↳Programming or automation skills are highly desirable, preferably in Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools
↳Experience with statistical data analysis and engineering software tools; CAD knowledge is considered a plus
↳Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and collaborative working style
↳Fluent in English; German is an advantage
