0301Own the global supply plan from Drug Substance, Drug Product to Finished Goods for the assigned internal & external manufacturing sites (up to 36-months-horizon)
02Participate and represent the assigned portfolio in Integrated Business Processes, for example: Site Supply Review, Global Supply Review, Global Brand S&OP, Demand Review and Value Chain Management Meeting.
03Oversee the relationship with Sites, Demand, Finance and Commercial teams
04Deliver Inventory, Profit Plan and Volume Plan
05Manage Inventory and minimize write-off risks
06Oversee production capacity in the network
07Oversee and contribute to strategic initiatives
08Facilitate Allocation Management in case of unbalancing situation between Demand and Supply
09Monitor and Resolve Exception Management through Rapid Response
10Facilitate and support Event Management in case of supply at risk
11Adhere to Escalation Management: Information flow and escalation in Tier process, using SCEM (Supply Chain Exception Management tool)
12Manage Purchase Order/Stock transfer orders
13Maintain accurate Master Data and Planning Parameters
14Support in continuous improvement projects and other strategic project execution
