### Your tasks ###
Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of laser texturing and cutting machines
Execution of retrofits, upgrades, and machine conversions
Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities in close collaboration with Development and 2nd Level Support
Professional handling, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation of service cases
Support in creating, reviewing, and improving technical documentation and process procedures
Occasional assistance with trade fair setup and dismantling activities
Ensuring full compliance with Advanced Manufacturing safety standards, including particle emissions, laser radiation, contamination control, gas handling, and explosion prevention
Participation in additional functional responsibilities based on expertise and business requirements (e.g., internal training, quality initiatives, or special technical projects - approximately 10% of working time)
Responsibilities

Requirements
Completed technical vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification as a certified technician
Several years of experience as a Service Technician for laser machines or comparable high-tech industrial equipment
Strong customer-service orientation combined with an independent and structured work approach
High willingness to travel (up to 90%) across Europe and Switzerland
Good MS Office skills and strong IT knowledge in hardware and software environments
Fluent English skills are mandatory, along with fluent German or French
High commitment to providing excellent customer support and service quality

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
