As a Program Manager / Solution Delivery Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Zurich's Retail Technology strategic assets across Business Units worldwide - accelerating retail transformation, strengthening foundations, and ultimately improving profitability and customer experience.

**Your Role**
As a Program Manager / Solution Delivery Partner within the Retail Technology Strategy and Digital Transformation team, your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end delivery of Retail technology assets (Pricing, Underwriting, Claims) across multiple Business Units, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within scope, and aligned to local requirements.
* Acting as the primary interface between the central Retail Technology team and Business Units, translating global blueprints into locally actionable plans
* Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders - including BU technology teams, GTO, business sponsors, and external vendors - to drive alignment and remove delivery blockers.
* Supporting Business Units through the full adoption lifecycle of retail tools, from requirements gathering and integration planning through to go-live and BAU transition.
* Managing program governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and escalation to senior leadership.
* Driving change management and adoption, ensuring that Business Units are equipped to embed new tools and capabilities into their operating model.
* Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery methods and implementation best practices across the Retail Technology team.
* Supporting the broader Retail Transformation agenda, including data and AI initiatives, in close collaboration with Pricing, Claims, and Underwriting squads.
**Your Skills and Experience**
To excel in this role, you should have:
* 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-country or global IT initiatives.
* Solid insurance industry knowledge, ideally across core functions such as Pricing, Underwriting, or Claims.
* Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder environments, including senior business and technology leaders across different geographies and cultures.
* Hands-on experience delivering technology projects in a global or regional context, including integration of tools into local IT landscapesStrong understanding of Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies; experience working in squad-based or cross-functional team structures is a plus.
* Excellent communication a.nd influencing skills - able to simplify complexity, build trust, and drive alignment without direct authority.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and make pragmatic decisions in fast-moving environments.
* Experience with data and AI-driven initiatives is an advantage, as is familiarity with tools such as Radar Live, Databricks, or similar retail insurance platforms.
* Fluent written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Contract type: Temporary - 12 months (maternity cover) | Secondment considered.
