### Minimum qualifications: ###
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
* 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
* 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
* Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
### Preferred qualifications: ###
* Master-s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
* 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
* Experience with data collection for Search/Geo-related usecases.
* Experience with leadership: nudging of team culture; coaching; team motivation.

### Responsibilities ###
* Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
* Own software components, systems, and features with significant impact, from initial brainstorming of project ideas to design, implementation, testing, launch and beyond.
* Manage the issues of scaling systems to support larger user bases.
* Help build and maintain our team culture of respect, collaboration, and attention to detail.
* Work closely with our Technical Lead, Product Manager, other cross-functional partners, and other teams within Commerce, Ads, Geo, and other areas.
