As part of Pharma International’s Commercialization Operating Model Effectiveness Team (COMET), this role will drive operational and commercial excellence by shaping and evolving Roche’s operating model to meet future challenges and opportunities. The Strategic Operating Model Partner will serve as a seasoned expert, blending deep industry knowledge with advanced consulting skills to deliver measurable business outcomes and accelerate progress in delivering medical solutions to patients worldwide.

Responsibilities

Apply an expert-level understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Evaluate and optimize existing customer engagement models.
Foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
Architect strategies to optimize operating model effectiveness.
Act as a systemic thinker to identify patterns and interdependencies.
Serve as a pragmatic bridge between global strategy and frontline implementation.
Serve as a respected thought partner and coach to senior leaders.
Facilitate critical discussions with precision and impact.
Apply advanced consulting methodologies and project management capabilities.
Design robust decision-making frameworks.
Craft compelling narratives and deliver high-impact communication frameworks.
Establish, steward, and maintain critical operational rhythms.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in one of the top-tier consulting firms.
Worked in or with the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Recognized for solving complex, multi-faceted business challenges.
