Responsibilities
Greet and guide guests through the ordering process, from acceptance to checkout
Engage guests through open communication and team spirit
Preparation and food preparation, including baking bread and cookies
Ensure standards such as food regulations, safety, and control guidelines
Receive deliveries and manage inventory
Demonstrate warmth and hospitality
Work cleanly and efficiently
Integrate well into the team
Requirements
Love for our guests
Good German skills (spoken and written)
Good communication skills
Flexibility (including weekend and evening shifts)
Resilience and experience in gastronomy or system catering
Empathy and warmth in dealing with customers and colleagues
