02Extract and analyse demand forecasts from SAP.
03Maintain internal project requirements and local VSF data in SAP.
04Align local demand with the Global Supply Chain organisation.
05Review demand and MRP requirements in SAP.
06Participate in weekly production scheduling meetings.
07Create, edit and close production work orders.
08Prepare and provide weekly reporting to the Global Supply Chain team in Frankfurt.
09Maintain user manuals and planning documentation.
10Maintain advanced Excel files, KPIs and reporting tools.
11Maintain SAP MM & PP master data.
12Logistics
13Coordinate international transportation from Switzerland to EU destinations, including customs documentation.
14Maintain SAP WM master data.
15Adapt internal logistics activities according to production requirements.
16Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with Production.
17Lead weekly logistics meetings with local stock teams.
18Support investigations related to Non-Conformities.
19Lead Change Controls related to Logistics activities.
20Conduct the annual review of Logistics pFMEA and SOPs.
21Develop and maintain missing work instructions and operational procedures.
22Digital / AI
23Use Microsoft Copilot on a daily basis to support and optimise operational activities.
