Description

YOUR CHALLENGE Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team focused on applications and service monitoring around AML Solution, Strategic Trade Surveillance Solution and Identiy and Access Management Fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement. Set clear objectives, implement performance measurements Effectively manage team capacity, including recruitment, coaching, handling performance Responsible for run the Bank budget and smaller change the Bank initiatives Work collaboratively across teams, units and the bank; proactively engage, partner and effectively communicate with governing bodies

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team focused on applications and service monitoring around AML Solution, Strategic Trade Surveillance Solution and Identity and Access Management
Fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement
Set clear objectives, implement performance measurements
Effectively manage team capacity, including recruitment, coaching, handling performance
Responsible for run the Bank budget and smaller change the Bank initiatives
Work collaboratively across teams, units and the bank; proactively engage, partner and effectively communicate with governing bodies

Requirements

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire IT team and to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Decisive and result-oriented person, with strong management skills
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to strategically plan and allocate resources
Proven communication skills to deal with employees and stakeholders on different management levels
Technical proficiency and strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the Banking and IT industry
Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to new situations
Several years of relevant professional experience
Min. 5 years experience as IT Team Head
Higher education in the field of IT
Analytical & Coordination skills
Independent working style, self-responsible
Project- and budget management skills
