Your impact You lead and develop our global Order Administration team, ensuring efficient and customer-focused order processing together with your team You are responsible for the entire Order-to-Cash process, ensuring that customer orders are processed on time, to a high standard of quality, and in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines Acting as a key interface, you work closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless order processing across all functions You analyze challenges in day-to-day operations, develop sustainable solutions, and drive the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and systems You support the business with meaningful KPIs, relevant analyses, and high data quality, making an important contribution to the company’s success
