0401Ensure availability of digital products and platforms

Requirements
↳Experience in IT support, technical services, or high passion within this Field
↳Solid understanding of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
↳Familiarity with IT service management, IKEA processes and tools
↳Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
↳Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
↳Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
↳Basic understanding of project and change management
↳Interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies
