What You’ll Do: Operate and maintain all utility systems supporting manufacturing processes. Provide training and serve as a system expert for utility system operations. Respond to and resolve critical alarms, logging equipment readings and investigating as necessary. Monitor systems via BMS and DeltaV control systems for optimal performance. Conduct mechanical space tours to identify and mitigate potential issues. Coordinate shift activities and allocate work in line with operational plans. Execute initial troubleshooting and impact assessments for utility systems. Maintain and verify logbook records, ensuring accurate documentation. Oversee quality management activities, including QRM, deviations, and CAPA. Prepare for utility operations, identifying tools and contacting stakeholders. Adhere to all technical, safety, and quality instructions and protocols.
