Could you be the full-time VIE / Student within the Site Quality team in Zurich we-re looking for?
**Your future role**
Take on a new challenge and apply your passion for quality management and continuous improvement in a cutting-edge field. You-ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll contribute to customer satisfaction by supporting quality assurance activities, performance monitoring, quality documentation management, problem-solving initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Day-to-day, you-ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Supplier Quality, Project Management, and Operations), assist in quality process compliance assessments, and much more.
You-ll specifically take care of supporting Service Business in PRQSM activities : Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP) and customer satisfaction initiatives, but also contribute to digitalization and data-driven quality improvements.
We-ll look to you for:
* Supporting the preparation, update, and monitoring of Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP).
* Assisting in coordinating project quality deliverables and action plans.
* Participating in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities using tools such as 8D, QRQC, and FMEA.
* Contributing to quality improvement projects aimed at reducing Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) and improving operational performance.
* Developing and maintaining quality dashboards and performance reports.
* Handling NCR process in service
* Supporting internal quality audits and process compliance assessments.

* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master-s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, or Data Analytics.
* Fluency in English (mandatory), German great to have .
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IRIS) is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel VBA, SharePoint, or similar digital tools.
* Lean Six Sigma training or academic exposure is appreciated.
* Previous internship or academic project in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations is preferred.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
* Attention to detail, rigor, and a process-oriented approach.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn in an international environment.
