Description
Ihre Aufgaben:
Gruppenführung von 2-5 Mitarbeitern
Mitarbeit und Sicherstellung der Qualität von ausgeführten Arbeiten
Umsetzung der Zielvorgaben zusammen mit der Bauführung
Abwicklung Material- und Bestellwesen
Digitale Rapportierung der geleisteten Arbeiten
Anwenden und Durchsetzen von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
Responsibilities
Group leadership of 2-5 employees
Collaboration and ensuring the quality of completed work
Implementation of target objectives together with construction management
Handling of material and ordering processes
Digital reporting of completed work
Applying and enforcing occupational safety and health protection
Requirements
Basic training as a plasterer (desired)
Professional and leadership experience as a foreman in facade construction
Solution-oriented thinking and action
Good German language skills
PC user skills (Microsoft 365)
Openness to new things and interest in further education
