Description

Zur Unterstützung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir einen engagierte:n Werkstudent:in im Bereich IT. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du operative Aufgaben im First Level Support sowie im Workplace Management und unterstützt bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft‑365‑Umgebung.

Responsibilities

Support in First Level Support
Workplace Management
Administration and further development of Microsoft 365 environment

Requirements

Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g. Teams, Exchange, SharePoint)
Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (e.g. MFA, Conditional Access)
Device management knowledge (Microsoft Intune)
Ideally first Microsoft certifications like MS-102, MD-102 or SC-300
Interest in security topics (e.g. Entra ID P2, Defender, Zero-Trust approaches)
Willingness to further develop through Microsoft certifications like SC-401, SC-200 or AZ-500
