Head of Global Compliance Investigations (m/f/x) Counsel with clarity. Compliance with care. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated compliance professional to join our Global Compliance team as Head of Compliance Investigations. In this global leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and further developing our global framework for managing compliance allegations and conducting internal investigations. You will ensure that concerns raised through our reporting channels are assessed, investigated and resolved in a consistent, professional, timely and fair manner. The role goes beyond conducting investigations. You will shape the strategic direction of our global investigation and allegation management framework, strengthen governance and processes, support the organization in responding to significant compliance matters, promoting a speak-up culture and contribute to the continuous development of our global Compliance Program. You will work closely with senior management, Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Data Privacy, regional and local Compliance teams, as well as external counsel and forensic experts. This full‑time/ part‑time position is available immediately. Required travel is up to 20% per year.
