Your role - lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions - build AI-powered applications including chatbots, RAG systems, and Agentic AI solutions with robust evaluation, monitoring, and performance frameworks - develop and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python, FastAPI, Apache Spark, and distributed processing technologies - implement MLOps, and observability practices for model deployment, monitoring, optimisation, governance, and lifecycle management - establish engineering standards and CI/CD frameworks to ensure code quality, testing, reproducibility, automated releases, and production-grade AI deployments - collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, data, security, and operations teams in agile environments to deliver impactful AI solutions - provide technical leadership, production support, and mentorship, coaching junior AI engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
