0301Manage assigned subcontractors across their full lifecycle; formation, administration and closeout, in accordance with the project’s Subcontract Management procedures
02Subcontract formation: review service requisitions for completeness, prepare bidder lists, compile and issue ITB packages, process all ITB correspondence, complete commercial and combined bid evaluations, present recommendations to Project Management, and hand over formation files to assigned administrator
03Maintain all electronic subcontract files in an orderly, organized manner
04Monitor correspondence and submittals in the EDMS; ensure replies are sent and received and action items are closed out on time; expedite subcontractor reports and submittals
05Verify acceptable insurance coverage and performance securities are obtained before subcontractor mobilization
06Interface with and train Construction, Engineering and Project Controls teams on subcontract provisions and compliance, and identify opportunities for savings, schedule relief and claim avoidance
07Administer the change process for assigned subcontracts, support preparation and negotiation of changes, administer Change Notices and Variation Orders, and review Technical Queries and Daily Reports for commercial issues
08Coordinate the review and approval of subcontractor progress payments and interrogate payment requests for entitlement issues
09Close out assigned subcontracts in accordance with project procedures
