How you-ll make an impact as an Accounting Specialist
01Delivering accurate and timely accounting, financial analysis and reporting across your areas of responsibility.
02Driving monthly closing activities, journal entries and balance sheet reviews to maintain reliable financial records.
03Preparing transparent forecasts of the overheads and analysing performance against budgets to support informed business decisions.
04Ensuring strong governance, internal controls and compliance through audit support and accurate statutory declarations.
05Managing treasury information, current accounts, asset records and master data to strengthen financial visibility and control.
06Coaching and supporting the Finance apprentice while collaborating closely with Finance colleagues and cost owners to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
Requirements
↳Bringing very good knowledge of accounting and controlling principles, Swiss accounting standards and month-end closing processes.
↳Applying good knowledge of controlling principles, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
↳Using SAP and Microsoft Office tools to support accounting, reporting and financial performance management activities.
↳Collaborating proactively with internal stakeholders while demonstrating autonomy, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
↳Communicating fluently in French and English; German is an advantage.
