What would your role be?
Ensure the stable operation of the existing CRM/CLM application throughout the migration phase. Analyze, resolve, and track incidents, service requests, and business-related inquiries. Maintain data quality and ensure the stability of existing business processes. Support business units with questions related to data, processes, and system functionalities. Collaborate closely with development teams, architecture teams, and external service providers. Document existing business processes, data structures, and system logic as a foundation for migration to the target platform. Analyze production issues and identify root causes through log analysis, SQL queries, and data analysis. Support audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance-related activities associated with the legacy system. Ensure a controlled parallel operation of the legacy and target systems until full decommissioning of the legacy platform.
