Act as the primary tax advisor for DACH entities and key business stakeholders Provide tax guidance on commercial initiatives, contracts, restructurings, and business decisions Oversee corporate income tax compliance and coordinate reporting activities with internal and external partners Lead tax audits, manage communications with tax authorities, and coordinate audit responses Identify, assess, and mitigate regional tax risks while ensuring regulatory compliance Monitor indirect tax, withholding tax, and other local tax obligations Track tax law and regulatory developments across DACH and broader European markets Support transfer pricing matters, including documentation and intercompany adjustments Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, and commercial teams
