0401Lead the local Controllership function, including oversight of the Principal Operating Company (POC), comprising more than 30 country ledgers
02Provide financial oversight, governance and compliance for the Swiss business, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate accounting requirements
03Lead and oversee the accurate execution of:
04US GAAP accounting and financial close processes
05Accruals and provisions
06Account reconciliations
07Financial close and consolidation activities
08Oversee Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including invoice processing, payments and travel and expense activities
09Manage intercompany accounting, settlements and reconciliations
10Lead statutory reporting activities, tax accounting support, and external audit coordination for Swiss legal entities
11Partner with Shared Service Centers, Global Process Owners, and regional Finance teams to strengthen governance, resolve operational issues, and lead the simplification, standardization, and implementation of Finance processes, policies, and systems while maintaining strong financial controls
