What you will do: Drive digital innovation within bioconjugation by identifying opportunities where data, AI, and computational technologies can enhance scientific outcomes. Partner closely with scientists and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into impactful digital solutions. Define digital use cases, success criteria, user stories, and high-level functional requirements. Lead cross-functional agile teams including subject matter experts, data scientists, data engineers, and IT partners. Manage solution delivery from concept to deployment, ensuring adoption, value realization, and stakeholder alignment. Monitor emerging scientific and digital trends and recommend future capabilities that strengthen R&D performance. Act as a thought leader and mentor, helping grow digital capabilities across the organization.
