↳* Degree in Natural Sciences, Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
↳* Strong laboratory background and sound understanding of laboratory workflows and processes
↳* Experience with laboratory software such as LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, or similar systems
↳* Good understanding of instrument connectivity, network communication, file exchange protocols, and data integration concepts
↳* Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., SQL, XML, Python, APIs, or similar technologies)
↳* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
↳* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
↳* Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
↳* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
