The role

Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns while ensuring smooth production operations across all channels.

01Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market teams, including Marketing, Digital, Social Media, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Communications, to ensure alignment on content strategy and execution.

02Coordinate studio deliverables and project timelines in partnership with the Process & Planning team.

03Supervise Art Directors and external freelancers throughout the creative concept development process, ensuring all ideas align with visual excellence and the Brand-s image strategy.

04Manage end-to-end creative production, including photo shoots, video productions, and CGI projects, from briefing and planning through execution and feedback implementation.

05Coordinate post-production activities with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

06Support the review, approval, and adaptation of creative assets in collaboration with relevant departments.

07Coordinate internal invoicing processes.

08Manage supplier invoicing and payment follow-up.

09Prepare contracts and oversee the signature and approval process.

Requirements

↳5-8 years of professional experience in creative project management, photo & video production and post-production

↳Vendor management and collaboration with external partners

↳Experience in luxury/premium industry

↳CGI development supervision

↳Budget control and financial oversight, Contract administration

↳Experience working across diverse, cross-functional, and international environments

↳Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

↳Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

↳Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders

↳Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments

↳Fluency in English required

↳Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite

↳Preferred: Experience in beauty and fashion industry

↳Preferred: Creative concept development supervision
