Transa Backpacking AG has been the competence centre for high-quality travel and outdoor equipment for over 45 years. The motto "Get out. But right." is lived by around 500 employees. We are organised in circles and use the patterns of Sociocracy 3.0 - this ensures employees are deployed according to their abilities. In the branches in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Vevey and Winterthur, the two outlet branches as well as the station business Yosemite in Zermatt, there are over 42,000 products from around 550 brands. Should products ever be damaged, we take care of them in the repair workshop in Zurich Altstetten.
