03To strengthen our team in the Global IT department, we are looking for a dedicated DevOps Platform Engineer, 100%
01Build, automate and operate our Internal Developer Platform based on GitHub Enterprise and cloud infrastructure
02Design and maintain infrastructure as code to provision environments, resources and guardrails in a repeatable, auditable way
03Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reusable workflow templates in GitHub Actions, with quality, security and compliance built in
04Help scale the platform as adoption grows - improving reusable templates, guardrails and self-service capabilities so it serves more teams without more manual effort
05Keep the platform reliable, compliant and secure – monitoring, observability, incident response, patching and continuous improvement of operational practices
06Implement platform governance and guardrails: access management, policies, secrets handling and cost awareness
07Facilitate discussions and drive alignment across stakeholder groups with different priorities, translating their requirements into coherent, shared platform capabilities
08Partner with developers across a wide range of skill levels: coaching newcomers, enabling professional developers and adapting your communication and support to each audience
09Create documentation, guidelines and onboarding materials that make the platform easy to adopt for developers of every maturity level
10Collaborate closely with the Platform Owner to translate the platform roadmap into technical solutions
11Ensure platform reliability and security through monitoring, observability, and policy-driven governance
