To reinforce our team in St. Gallen we are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d) For this role we are seeking an experienced and hands-on digital marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This includes the following tasks: * Develop and execute the company’s overall digital marketing strategy, aligned with business and commercial objectives. * Plan, manage and optimize digital campaigns across relevant channels, including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, content and other digital platforms. * Own the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources and media spend. * Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition and overall marketing efficiency. * Manage and continuously improve the company’s website, landing pages and digital customer journey. * Work closely with content, sales, creative and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution. * Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and other digital marketing partners when required. * Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. * Conduct market, competitor and audience analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. * Support the development of the company’s content and social media strategy, ensuring that digital activities contribute to broader brand objectives. * Stay up to date with the latest developments, tools, platforms and best practices in digital marketing. * Take ownership of projects from strategy and planning through to execution, measurement and optimization.
