Aufgaben Oversee and coordinate Group-wide AI, GenAI and Agentic AI implementation initiatives across Market Units and Group Functions, ensuring alignment between business and IT teams Translate business challenges into concrete AI delivery scopes, implementation roadmaps, dependencies, success criteria and measurable outcomes Provide delivery leadership and guidance to move AI use cases from discovery and prototype stages towards productive, scalable and adopted solutions Facilitate cross-functional engagement and decision-making with business stakeholders, technology teams, architecture, security, legal, risk and governance functions Ensure that AI implementations follow Group standards and responsible AI requirements, and have clear ownership Build reusable delivery patterns, templates and lessons learned to strengthen the Group's repeatable AI delivery capability across the insurance value chain
