Our client is a leading international organisation operating in a highly complex and project-driven environment. Due to increased business demands, they are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong financial modelling and controlling expertise for an initial assignment of up to 9 months.
## Job Description ##
* Manage month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
* Perform project controlling and analyse project financial performance
* Develop and maintain complex financial models for customer proposals and business cases
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
* Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, and project teams
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across finance systems and reports
* Utilise SAP and reporting tools to drive financial analysis and performance tracking
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering, or project controlling
* Strong background in month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
* Proven experience building sophisticated financial models in Excel
* Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Strong SAP experience; knowledge of SAP BW and Power BI is advantageous
* Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities
* Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are beneficial
* Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable performing in a fast-paced and evolving environment
