03We are looking for an International Rewards & Benefits Manager who will partner with different stakeholders across regions to support the evolution of people-related practices that enable business growth, organisational performance, and talent retention. This is a newly created role. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with commercial awareness, stakeholder management skills, and a genuine interest in contributing to the development of a modern and high-performing global organisation.

06Deliver insights and recommendations on workforce trends, organisational effectiveness, and talent sustainability.
07Support workforce planning initiatives across multiple regions and business functions.
08Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support leadership decision making.
09Analyse workforce trends, organisational data, employee movements, and retention indicators.
10Identify opportunities to improve workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.
11Provide meaningful people insights to support business planning and growth initiatives.
12Support programmes facilitating the deployment and development of talent across international markets.
13Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure a consistent employee experience across the organisation.
14Participate in the development and enhancement of global people policies and frameworks.
15Contribute to initiatives designed to support employee engagement, talent development, and workforce sustainability.
16Coordinate with internal and external partners to support international people projects where required.
17Lead or contribute to strategic projects supporting organisational growth and transformation.
18Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, governance, and operational effectiveness.
19Support the implementation of scalable people solutions across an international environment.
20Promote continuous improvement through data, innovation, and best practice sharing.
