The role
04Reporting directly to Executive Management, you will lead ETEL-s Information Systems and Digital Transformation organization. As a strategic business partner, you will shape and execute the company-s digital roadmap, ensuring that technology, data and business solutions create tangible value while delivering secure, efficient and reliable services. You will work closely with Executive Management, Business Domain Leaders and Corporate IT to accelerate innovation, optimize business processes and support ETEL-s long-term growth.
01Align technology and digital initiatives with business priorities and corporate strategy.
02Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Management and Business Domain Leaders.
03Drive digital transformation, AI, automation and data initiatives across the organization.
04Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize business processes.
05Establish governance for business applications, enterprise data and digital investments.
06Lead project and portfolio prioritization while ensuring clear ownership of business processes, applications and master data.
07Lead Technology Services, Enterprise Applications and Digital Solutions teams.
08Ensure secure, reliable and cost-effective IT operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital workplace services.
09Govern ERP and enterprise applications in line with corporate roadmaps and business needs.
10Sponsor AI, automation and data initiatives supporting business performance.
11Lead the PMO and oversee solution architecture and strategic project delivery.
12Drive continuous improvement of digital capabilities across the business.
13Coordinate ETEL-s international IT hubs and act as the primary interface with HEIDENHAIN Group IT.
14Lead, develop and inspire the IT/IS organization.
15Manage Business System Analysts and IT specialists while supporting a network of Business Domain Leaders.
16Foster a culture of collaboration, customer orientation, innovation and continuous improvement.
17Build a high-performing team capable of supporting ETEL-s business ambitions.
