The role
0301Lead and coordinate cabin installation, modification, and removal activities in compliance with approved data and supervisor directives
02Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airworthiness standards, company procedures, and VIP quality expectations
03Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off procedures, tool control, and documentation requirements
04Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with demanding schedules
05Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while maintaining the highest quality standards
06Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting and mentoring junior mechanics
07Ensure full compliance with Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements
08Interpret and apply technical documentation such as task cards, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals
09Ensure proper handling of aeronautical materials and optimal use of tools and equipment
10Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cabin work environment
