0301🔹 Process Risk Analysis
02• Conduct and update process risk assessments, including HAZOP, What-If and LOPA studies.
03• Identify potential risk scenarios and recommend appropriate prevention and protection measures.
04• Contribute to safety studies for existing facilities and new projects.
05🔹 Thermal Safety & Technical Analysis
06• Interpret thermal safety test results such as DSC, C80 and RC1.
07• Identify appropriate solutions to mitigate risks associated with chemical reactions and industrial processes.
08• Analyze complex technical data and provide clear recommendations.
09🔹 Engineering & Industrial Projects
10• Participate in design reviews of equipment and industrial installations.
11• Contribute to investment projects and facility modifications from a Process Safety perspective.
12• Ensure that safety requirements are considered throughout the design process.
13🔹 Management of Change & Compliance
14• Participate in Management of Change (MOC) processes.
15• Assess the Process Safety impact of technical changes and verify compliance with applicable requirements.
16• Support the implementation and monitoring of Process Safety standards in line with the company's EHS policy.
17🔹 Operational & Maintenance Support
18• Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams on Process Safety matters.
19• Provide expertise on topics such as inerting, pressure, temperature and chemical compatibility.
20• Support teams in implementing Process Safety best practices.
21🔹 Audits, Regulations & Safety Studies
22• Participate in regulatory compliance audits and inspections.
23• Contribute to Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), explosion protection studies and other safety assessments.
24• Support compliance with applicable Process Safety standards and regulations.
25🔹 Training & Awareness
