Ihre Aufgaben – Vielfältig und Verantwortungsvoll
Proaktive Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie systematische Gewinnung neuer Kunden in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet
Strategische Kundenbetreuung:
- Professionelle Führung Ihrer Kundenkartei mit regelmäßigen Besuchen und individueller Bedarfsanalyse
- Durchführung überzeugender Verkaufs- und Schulungsaktionen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
- Fachgerechte Einweisung des Pflegepersonals in die Anwendung unserer Produkte
- Von der Produktneueinführung über Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Verantwortung für quantitative und qualitative Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresziele
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Verwaltung und Kontrolle Ihres Umsatzbudgets
Erstellung fundierter Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im dynamischen Umfeld moderner Medizin
Marktanalyse:
- Aktive Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und Marktanteils
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Management, Marketing, Health Economics und weiteren Fachabteilungen
- Durchführung von Trainings und Kundenschulungen
Professionelle Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf relevanten Kongressen und Fachmessen
Aufnahme und Weiterleitung von Kundenbestellungen, -anfragen sowie Reklamationen an die entsprechenden Abteilungen
Ihr Profil – Ihre Qualifikationen für den Erfolg
- Fachliche Qualifikationen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Außendienst, idealerweise als Pharmareferent/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im OP-Bereich, beispielsweise als OP-Schwester/-Pfleger, oder fundiertes Verständnis für klinische Abläufe
- Bewährte Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im medizinischen oder pharmazeutischen Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe medizinische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sprachkenntnisse:
- Ausgeprägte Team-Player-Mentalität mit der Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit
