We are looking for a sales-oriented and high-energy trainer/coach to join our team in Zürich. This role combines responsibility for boosting sales performance, coaching SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants (generic staff), and ensuring excellent retail execution, including visual merchandising and stock checks and advice. The main priority of this position is field sales supervision. Coaching/training and retail excellence are keys secondary responsibilities. Travels will be an important part of the position (60% to 70%) to meet our advisors on the field.
