Degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field Several years of experience in coating development or a comparable area Strong knowledge of polymers, coating technologies, and application processes Experience in research, laboratory, or product development environments Confident handling of experimental design, data analysis, and technical documentation Strong hands-on mentality combined with a structured and analytical approach Interest in innovation, new technologies, and interdisciplinary collaboration Good English communication skills
